Day 1: Hanoi - Halong

Morning:

Be picked up at your hotel from 8h00 for 3.5 hour bus ride through the country side of the Red River Delta to Ha Long City. Upon arrival, board Halong Phoenix Cruiser, fresh seafood lunch (vegetable menu available) would be served while the boat is cruising towards the Bay.

Afternoon:

After lunch we arrive at Luon cave area . Enjoy a bamboo boat ride around, or you can kayak on your own, appreciating the beauty of the lagoons and caves. Our boat will take you to Titop Island for you to enjoy the beach and swimming, or you can climb up to the top to get an overview of a corner of the bay.

As the sun sets, get back to the cruise and enjoy the majestic view from sundeck.

Evening:

Dinner will be served at 7:00pm. Enjoy the rest of the evening at your own leisure or join us in our squid fishing hours (weather allows).

Day 2: Halong - Hanoi

Morning:

Rise up for a breathtaking view on sundeck then be ready with fun kayaking around the area for a stunning vista in the serene bay. Visit Surprise cave, the most amazing cave with beautiful karst formation.

Back to boat, you learn recipes and techniques that go into the most popular dish of the Vietnamese food just before lunch time.

Afternoon:

Our bus is waiting on the harbor to take you back to Hanoi. Trip ends at your hotel around 16h00.

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay

Morning:

Meet up with our tour guide at your hotel in Hanoi at 8:00AM then enjoy a 3.5 hours drive to Halong. The beautiful landscapes of Vietnam’s country-sides with lush green paddy fields and rustic village from a far would make the trip become much more entertaining. Arrive at the harbor at 12:00.

Afternoon:

Get on the cruise ship and enjoy welcome drink and check in your cabin. Fresh seafood lunch is ready as soon as you complete you check-in, while the cruise ship is passing breathtaking landscapes of the bay.

Visit Luon Cave, the most secluded part of Halong Bay. You can kayak around to appreciate the beauty of nature, or sit on a bamboo boat rowing around. Later on visit Titop Island where you can climb up the stairs for best photographs of Halong Bay.

Watch the sun sets over the bay, you are free to swim from the boat or just relax on sundeck with your favorite drink.

Evening:

Enjoy the sumptuous dinner on board. The rest of the night is flexible with team building activities, board games, chit chat with a cup of refined cocktail or squid fishing with our crew members.

Day 2: Overnight on board

Morning:

The day starts early with a Taichi class on the sundeck while contemplating the stunning view of the sun rising over the bay. Have breakfast in the dining room while our kayaking boats are ready. Get on the boat and start sailing to untouched parts of Halong in Lan Ha Bay. Stop at a pristine beach for lunch on board and enjoy swimming and sunbathing there at your own will.

Afternoon:

Visit Cua Van fishing village - continue kayaking around the bay till late afternoon. Come back to the main vessel, take a bath and refresh before dinner. Overnight on board.

Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi

Morning

Get up early to learn the art of calming your soul with another Tai Chi class on the sundeck. Take light breakfast to gain more energy for another inspiring day. Visit Sung Sot - Surprise Cave, the most impressive nature's artworks in Halong Bay. Climb up the stairs and see Halong Bay from above. Come back to the main boat and check out of your cabin.

Our cooking demonstration will be held and followed by lunch. The journey end at Halong harbor at around 11:00. Transfer to the bus and go back to Hanoi. Tour ends.

Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy (Read more about cancellation due to bad weather).

Cruise Policy

Children less than 5 years of age are FOC, sharing a room with parent/s.
Children from 5 to 11 years of age are charged 75%, sharing a twin room
Children from 12 years of age and above are charged as adult
The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress.
Shuttle bus: $10/person/round trip
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $30/person for Gala dinner applies if guests stay overnight on December 24th and/or December 31st.

More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
From 30 to 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
From 6 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates.
Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.
